After settling in, he moved to Tupper Lake where he met his wife, Tricia McFaul and they married on October 10, 2010 at the Red Fox in Saranac Lake. Henry worked for Sunmount DDSO as a DDSCTA before moving into the DSP and retired in 2015.
Henry was known as a workaholic as he would caretake for many Adirondack camps in the Tupper area throughout the seasons. He was also known as a skilled craftsman, building his own house for his wife and himself on Logan Lane. He loved to travel which included going on cruises and visiting friends in California.
