Whitney is survived her children, Carson Williams, Shae Gallagher, Hailey Kerry and Ensley Kerry; her mother, Claudine Dailey and her companion, Ehrick Elliott, of Plattsburgh, N.Y.; her father, John Williams and his wife Andrea of Nashville, TN; her siblings, Brock Tarbox and his wife, Courtney, of Tupper Lake, McKenzie Dailey and her significant other, Eric Whitley, of Tupper Lake, Madison Williams, of Pittsburgh, PA, and Carter Williams, of Nashville, TN; her maternal grandfather, George Clark; nephews, Ronan, Rhett, and Brock Jr. Tarbox, of Tupper Lake; soon-to-be nephew, Connor Whitley and several uncles and cousins. She is predeceased by her maternal grandmother, Jeanine (Gram) Clark; her uncle, Timothy Clark; and her paternal grandparents, Bill Williams and Carol (Sauve) Williams.

Whitney was born on April 1, 1992, in Plattsburgh, the daughter of John Williams and Claudine (Clark) Dailey. She graduated from Tupper Lake High School in 2010. Whitney was most recently an assembler at Spencer ARL in Plattsburgh.

Whitney was a cherished soul taken from us too soon, who left an indelible mark on everyone who knew her. In high school, she shone brightly as a talented volleyball player. Her artistic capabilities were a source of joy and inspiration; she loved drawing freehand and could often be found lost in her creative endeavors. Whitney also had a special fondness for visits to the Ames Department Store with her Pops. Above all, she was a devoted mother who loved her children deeply and unconditionally. Her bond with her grandparents was equally profound, filled with love and mutual respect. Whitney's vibrant spirit and loving nature will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know her.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Whitney’s memory to Tupper Lake Varsity Volleyball c/o Tupper Lake Athletic Director, 25 Cheney Ave., Tupper Lake, NY 12986.
