Apartment complex work beginning

Construction has apparently started on the Oval Wood Dish Factory apartment project, judging by site activity since Thursday. Workmen have removed one large door and have been removing the large windows on the western side of the western most building in the once prominent wooden ware factory on The Boulevard. Sheets of plywood now cover many of the window openings. A work trailer has also been moved to the former O.W.D. Inc side of the complex, along with various pieces of lift platform machines.
