Dennis Ray Debien, 63
Dennis Ray Debien, 63, a Cape Coral, Florida resident for the last 25 years, originally from Tupper Lake, NY, passed away Sunday, January 12, 2025, in Cape Coral. He was born November 18, 1961, in Potsdam, New York.
Dennis was a US Airforce veteran. He was a spirited soul who lived life to the fullest and was known for his love of the open road and the roaring engine of a Harley. Dennis was a man who embraced adventure and celebrated life with a big heart and an even bigger smile. He spent most of his life in the trucking and excavation industry. When he wasn’t hard at work he was surrounded by his family and friends. A lifelong fan of rock and roll, Dennis had a soundtrack for every moment. Dennis will be remembered for his fun-loving spirit, his unwavering loyalty to his friends and family, and his ability to find joy in the simple pleasures of life.
He is survived by his father, Gary Debien of Piercefield, NY; four children, Dustin Debien and wife Ariane of El Dorado, CA, Cody Sebastian and wife Maria of Olympia, WA, Jason Sandt and wife Brooke of Snohomish, WA and Jennifer Sung and husband Brian of Pt. Charlotte, FL; a brother, Darren Debien of Piercefield, NY; a sister, Darcy Lawn and husband Tim of Ellenton, FL; nine grandchildren, Dustin, Adalia, Austin, Stella, Aiden, Landan, Ellyse, Leilah and Landen; as well as three nephews, Alexander, Samuel and Logan.
Dennis was preceded in death by his wife Donna Debien in 2022 as well as his mother, Heather Maroun of Tupper Lake, NY.
A Celebration of Life gathering will be held, Sunday, January 26th, 2025 from 10:00 am until 12 noon at RJ’s Bar, 1475 North Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, Florida.
