“Science on Tap” set for Thursday (March 5)

The Adirondack Sky Center and Observatory is inviting everyone here to “Science on Tap” at the Raquette River Brewing Thursday from 6p.m. to 7p.m.

What is expected to be an engaging astronomical program, it will feature talks on astronomy and space exploration, by scientists from around the region.

The evening will conclude with a telescope after-party at the observatory site on Big Wolf Lake Road, where participants will enjoy guided star-gazing and deep-space viewing from 7p.m. to 8:30p.m. (weather permitting).
