Debbie J. Wise, age 65 of Homosassa, FL, surrounded by her loving family, passed away on Monday, March 14, 2022.

Debbie was born on March 24, 1956 in New York, N.Y.

She was the daughter of Douglas R. Drum and Catherine E. Burnell.

Survivors include loving husband, Timothy Wise of Homosassa, FL, Daniel Faul of Ohio (son), Gabriel Faul of North Carolina (son), Joseph Marconi of Tupper Lake, (son), Mathew Marconi of Tupper Lake, NY (son), Elizabeth Marconi of Tupper Lake, (daughter), Jackson Dukette (grandson) of Tupper Lake, Natalie Marconi (granddaughter) of Tupper Lake, Tanner Marconi (grandson) of Tupper Lake, Nolan Marconi (grandson) of Tupper Lake, Riki and Kim Wise of Toccoa GA (stepson and daughter in law), Geoffrey Wise and Mary Kline of Poughquag NY (stepson and daughter in law), Donna and Al Broadvent (sister and brother in law), and Douglas “Butch” and Michele Drum (brother and sister in law).

Debbie was predeceased by her parents Douglas R. Drum and Catherine E Burnell, her sister Darlene Romito, her daughter Catherine Marconi, and her previous husband Joseph Marconi.

Debbie was warm, loving and at times silly. Debbie grew up as an “army brat,” moving around multiple times as a kid. She learned to make friends seamlessly and put others at ease. Debbie was intuitive, often offering words of encouragement and a hug. Debbie endearingly called herself Debbie Doodles. She was affectionate towards her friends and family, giving them each an affectionate nickname. Debbie was an exceptional artist. She participated on the Tupper Lake Christian Center Worship Team for several years until moving to Florida.

Debbie met the love of her life Timothy Wise in late 1995. After both Debbie and Tim tragically lost their spouses, they set out to enjoy a wonderful life together of 25 years. They married September 14th, 1996, in Saranac Lake NY. Their favorite activities were lounging at the pool and going out to eat together.

A celebration of Debbie’s life will take place on Saturday May 7 at 2p.m. at the Tupper Lake Christian Center located at 102 Main St, Tupper Lake.
