Leslie James “Jim” Plummer, 75, of Tupper Lake, passed away on Wednesday May 4, 2022.
Jim is survived by his wife of 56 years, Jennifer-Lynn (LaMora) Plummer, his children, David (Judy) Plummer and Katrina (Merlin Lewis) Nilsson, his grandchildren, Nicole (Cory) Whitman, and Tyler Nilsson and his siblings, David Plummer and Linda (Darryl) Rhodes and in-laws Michel (Julia) LaMora.
Jim was predeceased by his parents, a sister Rode, and sisters in law Joni (LaMora) Groll and Janet Plummer.
Jim was born on October 8, 1946 in Kellogg, Idaho, the son of Kenneth Plummer and Hazel (Levy) Plummer.
He graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in 1965. After High School he enlisted in the United States Army and proudly served his country in the Vietnam War. In 1970 he moved with his wife to her hometown to raise their family.
Jim enjoyed puttering around the yard, sitting on his front porch in the warm weather, and traveling with his wife and family.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his memory to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
