Peter Ross Pelletier, 77

Peter Ross Pelletier, 77, of Morrisonville, N.Y. passed away on Monday February 21, 2022.

Peter is survived by his daughter Robin (Eric) Aycock, his two brothers; William (Barb) Pelletier, Raymond (Linda) Pelletier, four grandchildren; Aaron Curry, Kristin (Morgan) Stevens, Victoria Bickford, three great-grandchildren; Braeden Curry, Arya Stevens, Colt Stevens, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Peter is predeceased by his daughter, Nancy Jane, his parents Ross and Regina Pelletier, his brother Ronald Pelletier, and his sister Sandi Embree-Dubois.

Peter was born on January 20, 1945, in Niskayuna, N.Y., the son of Ross and Regina Pelletier.

Peter was an avid bowler. He enjoyed playing golf, and was quite the pool shark. He had a love for reading and music, and especially loved Gun N’ Roses. He was a die-hard L.A. Rams fan but above all he loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Peter graduated from Linton High School in 1963 and then faithfully and proudly served our country in the US Navy from 1964 to 1968 spending time on SS Saratoga and SS Manley DD-940. After his time in the Navy he worked as a machinist at General Electric out of Schenectady, N.Y.

Calling Hours will be held at Frary Funeral Home in Tupper Lake, on March 4, 2022 from 2p.m. to 4p.m..

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the VA Hospital of Albany.
