Grace Sheila  “Gracie” (Russell) Grammo
Grace “Gracie” Sheila (Russell) Grammo, 79, of Stephens City, Virginia passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018, at Winchester Medical Center.
Gracie was born in 1938 in Tupper Lake,  the daughter of the late Ralph and Julia Russell.  She was a registered nurse, retiring in 2003 from Capital Women’s Care LLC.  
Gracie enjoyed spending Tuesdays playing cards with her neighbor lady friends and playing three card poker at the casino. She loved traveling with her husband, Reynald, during his career to the Philippines, Germany, Thailand, Nepal, and Uruquay.  
Her greatest passion was her family….spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  
She attended St. Bridget of Ireland Catholic Church in Berryville, Virginia.
She married Reynald P. Grammo on October 22, 1960 in Tupper Lake.
Surviving with her husband of 57 years is a daughter, Amy Feather (Scott); sons, Mark Grammo (Julianna), Michael Grammo (Kathy), Jeffrey Grammo (Donna); daughter-in-law, Angela L. Grammo; grandchildren, Kellie Davis, Jason, Sheila, Michael (LeAnne), Travis (Caroline), Jonathan, Savannah, Jordan, Audrey Grammo, Stefanie Gochnour, Jacob Fahrenthold, Mason Adams, Cameron Feather; great grandchildren, Gracie, Joshua, Jackson, Joseph, Tyler, Preston; sisters, Sally Poirier, Nance Green, Helen “Peg” Cole, Sioux Collier; brothers, William, Ralph, Robert “Tom”, and Michael Russell; and many dear and loving friends, especially Ann, Rose Marie, Sharon, and Dottie.
Preceding her in death is a son, Paul Douglas Grammo; sister, Irene Russell; and brother, John Russell.
A gathering of family and friends was from 12:30 p.m. to 2p.m. on Monday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel.
A funeral service was conducted at 2 p.m. on Monday at Omps Funeral Home, Amherst Chapel with Father Paul M. Grankauskus officiating.  Interment was private.
