Catherine Beatrice LaMora
Catherine Beatrice LaMora, 87, died Friday, March 3 at Randolph Hospice House in Asheboro, N.C.
Catherine was born October 28, 1929, the daughter of Clifton and Louise Mandigo.  She was a native of Conifer and lived in Tupper Lake for many years.
A devout Catholic, she was married to Raymond O. LaMora until his death in 1995.  She worked at Sunmount DDSO and for the postal service in Tupper Lake.
Catherine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and by five siblings.
She is survived by one daughter, Diana (Ed) Cribbs of Asheboro, N.C., four grandchildren- Ray Planty of Tupper Lake, Lorie Dolan of Asheboro, Gena Sulzer of Lugoff, S.C., Michael LaFave of Winston-Salem, N.C., and nine great grand children- Oliver and Garret Planty, Desiree Arzvaga, Jessica and John Dolan, Carol Anne Gilmore, Cory Williams, Andrea Sulzer, Chase LaFave; and four great great grandchildren- Christopher and Zoey Hill, Jackson and Connor Arzvaga.
Catherine is also survived by a sister, Roberta Allendorph and two brothers, Clifton and Lee Mandigo and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral was held at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Asheboro, N.C.  A memorial service and burial will be held in the spring in Tupper Lake.
