Tammy Richardson was given by the board a provisional appointment, amended from an earlier one, as an administrative aide for a 52-week probationary period for 170 hours of work in the district’s business office from this past September to the end of the school year in June, on a pro-rated basis of pay for those 170 hours.
Kara Willette was approved by the board to be a school volunteer, as of October 6.
The board made the following appointments of school professionals to the Franklin County Committee on Preschool Special Education as evaluators. All the evaluations when needed are to be performed outside the normal school day. Those appointed were: Psychologist Dan Brown ($405 per evaluation at state rate with an additional $173 if a functional behavior assessment is required; Occupational Therapist Rhonwen Jones ($173 per evaluation; Speech and Language Pathologists Sylvia Mattice and Cindy Williams ($173 per evaluation); AnnMarie Munn, providing special education itinerant services ($82 for one-hour sessions). The rates include mileage and travel time to the location of the session required, it was noted in the motion. For all those providers, services and evaluations completed during the school day are not reimbursable to the staff member, as those fall under the current TLUT contract.
